It has now been 4 years since we embarked on our journey to rebuild property management and during this time we have collected a lot of feedback and learned a lot. Every day we are growing and improving, and have been listening, deeply and intently, finding out what it is that our customers want.
It is with this growth and learning in mind, that we are excited to announce an addition to our service offering. Every :Different owner (and their tenants) will now be paired with a dedicated Property Partner. They’re your personal point of contact, there to offer support and advice when you need it.
As a property partner, my role is to build meaningful relationships with customers so that I can thoughtfully guide them with their property management needs.
The :Different experience: how your Property Partner fits into the overall service
You might be wondering how we differ from a regular property manager.
When it comes to managing your property, we combine three service elements to ensure you spend less time thinking about your property:
Your Owner App is the first point of call to get access to information and make fast decisions, eliminating the need for phone calls or emails by 70%. Straight from the app, you can see how much you’ve been paid, the status of any current maintenance tasks, information on your leasing campaign and other key pieces of information.
When your owner app doesn’t have the answer, our team of experts are there to provide consistent, specialised support for specific moments such as Compliance, Leasing and Maintenance. Instead of working with a single property manager who is expected to know and do everything, we believe working with specialised individuals who know their area very well ensures you receive the best service and most authoritative answers possible.
And finally, your Property Partner is your personal point of contact who knows your property like the back of their hand. They will be there for you whenever you need knowledgeable, trusted advice.
We’ve had frustrated owners feel like we’re just a “messaging service”. We’ve also had owners who’ve experienced “poor/no follow-up when requesting staff to contact” them. We realised we had a lot to improve on, and that’s why we’ve introduced our Property Partners to help provide our owners with the proactive service we know they deserve.
What is a property partner, and how do they help you?
Every :Different owner is matched to two Property Partners, who are there to offer advice & their experienced help. You’ll be able to contact them through their direct phone extension, email, or by booking a call through your Owner App whenever you’re looking for dedicated support. With at least 5 years of real estate experience, they are experts in property management and will be able to give you the confidence that your property is taken care of so that you have one less thing to worry about.
But why two Property Partners?
We know that issues with your property don’t magically stop at the end of a working day. It could be 10 pm in the evening and you need our help with your property, but at that hour how do you get in touch with us? Well, your Property Partner will be here to help. With one Property Partner based in Australia and one in Sri Lanka, when we said we wanted to make sure that your home is cared for at all times, we meant it. When it comes to managing your biggest asset, two heads are better than one.
For everything complicated and confusing, they are your go-to partner. Here’s a rundown of when your Property Partner can help, and when you will be assisted by the whole team instead of just one person.
