We’re rebuilding property management.
We want to make it amazing for owners and tenants through a perfect balance of great people and industry-leading technology.
:Different is a venture-backed, high-growth company, hailed as a disruptor by major media and making waves in the 4 billion dollar property management sector. Our founders have come from Google and Uber in Silicon Valley, building out a team of the best and brightest in their fields.
In order to deliver this promise of better service and customer experience, we are expanding our Operations Team and are looking for the right person to join.
What does a day in your job look like (once we have trained you up)
As a Finance Associate, you will help build a disruptive company that is redefining property management.
You will initially own all client accounts and be responsible for streamlining processes to collect, distribute and report rental income and expenses. Eventually, you will take on organisational finance responsibilities including working with the executive team on company growth, expansion and funding.
You are also constantly coordinating with other teams to make sure everything is where it should be, and that there are no surprises. You’d be thinking about how to further improve the process and would work closely with the Operations lead to build the best experience in Australia.
Our north star is NPS. You can’t wait to get the latest survey results in. You login to our data warehouse to pull the latest report and connect it with relating data points - because you are eager to understand how things work.
What we offer:
We are a tech start-up. That means it’s fun, it’s challenging and there is always room to grow. You’ll be working with and learning from brilliant people from all different kinds of backgrounds (Property Management, Tech, Marketing, Operations, Sales), learn more about an industry that interests you and work in real estate in a well funded and growing startup.
We offer a competitive salary package, medical insurance, and flexible working hours.
What are we looking for:
We look for people who love property & who can hit the ground running. Your priority is to look after the leasing process and you will be crucial in helping us to build the best experience in Australia. You are structured in your approach, get things done, usually exceed expectations, eager to learn and improve as you go. You’ll also need a vehicle, because as part of the team sometimes you need to help out with tasks in the field.
