We offer full-service property management for residential properties. We are a fully licensed real estate agency with a team of experienced property managers and tech professionals. We’re focused on property management for long-term rentals (no short-term rentals, and no buying/selling).
We’re currently managing properties in:

We charge a flat & fair $33/week ($30/week plus $3 GST)
If you need new tenants, we charge one week's rent for leasing.
In order to attract the most high-quality tenants, we ensure every property has professional photography and premium advertising. If it’s not supplied, photography is charged at a flat $150. In order to maximise exposure, we charge $350 for premium advertising.
