If you need new tenants, we charge a flat $500 leasing fee

+ $350 for premium advertising in NSW and VIC, or $250 QLD.

To get the best outcome during the campaign, we also charge a $150 fee for professional photos (you will get to keep these).

Finding you new tenants is about more than just advertising your property. Our leasing formula will get you the best outcome!

Preparing for a successful campaign

You'll be assigned a dedicated leasing expert that will talk through the strategy for your marketing campaign. We'll arrange for professional photos to be taken and write your listing ad.

Keeping you in the loop

After every mid-week and weekend inspections, your local leasing team will contact you with updates. We follow up with every attendee to receive feedback on the property.

We have your best interests in mind when vetting your tenant applications, we use a series of reference checkpoints to only provide you with the best options when deciding on a tenant.

From approval to move-in day: what you need to know

Finding great tenants for your property is only one half of the equation. Once your tenants have been approved and the holding deposit paid, our team will make the rest of the process as smooth as possible.

Common questions owners ask about leasing

How do you make sure that I get a good tenant?

Finding you a good tenant is probably the most important thing we do.

Once we have applications, we evaluate tenants thoroughly so we can stand behind our recommendations. Any tenant we place will have been checked across the major tenancy databases. We know bad tenants often provide old, or even forged written references, so we call references. We will verify income and employment tenure. Bad tenants may fudge these points - our legally compliant, structured interview process helps us identify those who are trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

After you select a tenant from our recommendations, we make sure that the tenancy agreement reflects your concerns from pets on the premises to the length of the lease

How much does it cost to find new tenants?

We charge a flat $500 leasing fee, which covers weekend, mid-week and private inspections, tenant database check, background checks, key handovers etc.

Aside from this, we also charge $150 for professional photography (including digital staging) and $350 for advertising in NSW & VIC or $250 for advertising in QLD.

Does it cost me anything if my current tenants want to renew their lease?

No, not at all. Lease renewals are included in our $100 p/m flat management fee.

Can I bring my own photos?

Yes of course, if you have your own professional photos we can use those, which will save you some money on the photography fee ($150).

How do you market my property?

We list every property with professional photos, video walkthroughs, indicative floor plans and clear, well-written descriptions. By including the things that would-be tenants care about, we get more applications, more rapidly.

We also charge $150 for professional photography (including digital staging) and $350 for advertising in NSW & VIC or $250 for advertising in QLD.

We then list your property on both Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au. We always do premiere listings on Realestate.com.au as it gets the highest number of eyeballs and most applicants.

Where will my ads appear?

We will list your property on both realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, with a premier listing on realestate.com.au as this is the site which receives the most applicants and viewings on the listing.
