Being the first month of the new financial year, July always keeps us busy! It’s when we provide our summarised end of year statements, which can be accessed and downloaded at any time from our owner portal, along with all the past monthly statements.

EOFY tip

Streamlining payments even further

This year, July also marks the start of our switch over to a new payments system. With this new system, we’ll receive direct debits into our accounts within 24 hours. It also integrates directly with our SMS arrears system, which automatically messages tenants as soon as rent payments fail.

We know that having tenants set up on direct debit from the beginning dramatically reduces the risk of arrears, which is why we incorporate this requirement into our leases. We also facilitate tracking of payments through our tenant app, as tenants can check at any time their payment history, and if necessary,  pay any arrears with just one click.

We believe that set and forget payments are the way to go for owners, tenants and agents, and we are making it happen!
