Good news! Just before Christmas, we launched :Different in Melbourne and we’re already managing hundreds of owners and tenants from Geelong to Ringwood and everywhere in between.
So, why Melbourne?
When it comes to property management, Melbourne property management represents a perfect opportunity for us. It is our first expansion and we have learned a great deal in Sydney, so we are thrilled to bring our expertise to a new city.
On a personal note, I grew up and went to school and university in Melbourne. So as the co-founder of :Different, I was very passionate about providing investors in my hometown with our new way of managing their properties. We only opened just a few weeks ago and :Different has already been very well received – in that short time we’ve provided services for nearly 50 properties across the city.
New city, same great benefits
We proudly do property management differently, and want to give Melbourne property owners the value and level of service they deserve. We provide proactive property management services, and by automating and tracking everyday work, we enable our senior, experienced agents to focus on what they do best – offering quality service and nurturing a great relationship with you.
With :Different, you also get:
- A whole team of experts who are here to provide consistent, specialised support for specific moments such as Compliance, Leasing and Maintenance.
- A personal Relationship Manager who is here to support you whenever you need a trusted, personal advisor.
- An effortless experience, with complete transparency. Our technology (property management software) gives you access to all of your documents and data 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you deal with us online or in person, we offer a seamless experience because our entire team knows exactly what’s happening with each property.
