Transparency is a priority for us when it comes to working with you and your property.

If you need new tenants, we charge a flat leasing fee

If you need new tenants, we charge 1 week's rent (plus GST). This leasing fee covers the extra work that our team need to do to get your property live, run open homes and find you the best tenant.

If you don't have professional photography, we charge $150 for this service (plus GST). This covers a photographer going to your property and getting quality shots of your property that will make it as appealing to prospective tenants as possible. Already got great photos? Great! You can save this cost.

And finally for marketing, we charge a flat fee of $350 (plus GST). This marketing fee ensures top placements of your ad on Realestate.com.au and Domain.

We are dedicated to finding you the most suitable, long-term tenants at a minimum vacancy rate. Here's how we do it:

1. Premium advertising
Your property will be front and centre with professional photography, a signboard and top spots on both Domain and realestate.com.au

2. A local, dedicated team
You will have a local leasing team there to provide you with regular market updates, feedback on your opens and education throughout the process.

3. Instant feedback
Throughout your leasing campaign, you will receive feedback via phone calls and SMS to keep you in the know on your property and the market conditions.

Everything that is included in your leasing campaign

✅ Mid-week & weekend open homes

✅ Private inspections (on request)

✅ Professional photography

✅ 3D Virtual tour (optional extra)

✅ Leasing signboard

Rental appraisal

✅ Dedicated leasing agent

✅ Weekly performance report

✅ Premium advertising on Realesate.com.au and Domain

✅ Professionally written property ad

Why premium advertising?

We always use premium advertising to ensure the best success of your leasing campaign (Platinum listing on Domain and Premiere listing on Realestate.com.au).

Locking in premium advertising ensures your property's listing is getting as many views as possible. We know that when coupled with professional photography and excellent ad writing, premium placements leads to more applicants.

According to Domain, Platinum listings leads to 6.4x more listing views and reduces the time a property is on the market by 46%.

For Realestate.com.au, their Premiere listings receive 4.5x more enquires vs. a standard listing and 3.8x more views.

We secure premium advertising to ensure maximum exposure for your property's listing
